Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking your place on a Sensory Integration Network course.
Please note that each course has a booking closure date (when applications are closed) and the actual start date of the course. These dates are clearly shown on the course booking pages.
To book a place on a SI Network training course, the online booking process must be completed for each applicant. You must log into your account before booking a course.
Completion of the booking process and acceptance of our terms and conditions forms your contract with the SI Network. You may provide a separate contact/address for invoicing, but the booking contract will be between the delegate and SI Network.
If you are applying for an accredited course you must complete all the relevant details in the personal and educational profile pages in your SI Network account.
It is your responsibility to check that you are eligible to attend the course. Some courses require particular qualifications and experience. If you do not meet the minimum requirements, your place may be withdrawn.
Course fees are advertised in British Pounds Sterling (GBP). They may be paid in British Pounds Sterling or Euros. (If you wish to pay in Euros please use the currency conversion tool at www.xe.com).
When you book a course, you will receive an invoice by email within 3 working days. Your place will be held for 30 days. If payment (or delay notification) is not received within this period, your booking will expire.
We require full payment of fees within 30 days of booking/the date of the invoice. If the booking is made within 30 days of the start of the course, payment is required immediately

The SI Network reserves the right to change advertised details of training events including course content, dates, time-table, venue and lecturers etc. If we have to cancel a course, we will aim to inform all participants at least two weeks before the course is due to take place or as soon as is reasonably possible. We will reimburse all course fees paid, but we are unable to compensate for any other costs incurred, such as travel, flights and accommodation.
If we have to change the dates of a course, applicants may request a full refund of course fees if the new dates are not convenient.
Places on SI Network courses are limited. We therefore ask that you let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking.
If you have to cancel a place, cancellation charges will apply as below. We regret that we have to do this, however all bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill spaces made vacant by late cancellations. Cancellation charges depend on when we receive your written/emailed cancellation notice:
If cancelled more than 28 days before the booking closure date, we will refund 100% of course fees, less an administration fee of £25
If cancelled between 14 and 28 days before the booking closure date, we will refund 90% of course fees or credit 90% of the course fee to another course. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will pay 10% of the fee due.
If cancelled between 7 and 14 days before the booking closure date, we will refund 50% of course fees or credit 50% of the course fee to another course. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will pay 50% of the fee due.
For bookings cancelled less than seven days before the booking closure date or for 'non-attendance’, no refund will be made. If the invoice is unpaid at the time of cancellation, you will still be liable for 100% of the course fee.
Non-attendance at the course due to illness or for personal or professional reasons does not give rise to the right to refunds or a transfer.
However, in such an event we will consider all the circumstances and take such action that we consider to be fair and reasonable. A minimum fee of £30.00 per day of the course will be charged to cover contracted venue costs.
Please note that if alternative options are offered there may be an additional charge.
You may transfer your booking to another course if your circumstances change, subject to the following rules:
For transfer requests received more than 28 days before the booking closure date, there will be no charge.
For transfer requests received between 14 and 28 days before the booking closure date, we will transfer the booking for an administration fee of £25.
For transfer requests received less than 14 days before the booking closure date, we will transfer the booking for an administration fee of 25% of the course fee.
For transfer requests received after booking closure date, we will transfer the booking for an administration fee of 50% of the course fee.
