Sensory Integration Network helps therapists, families and others to showcase innovative ideas to support people with sensory processing difficulties.
This includes showcasing innovation and development all aspects of delivering sensory integration therapy:
- care pathways
- information sheets and leaflets
- assessment tools
- intervention tools and therapy equipment
- outcome measures
in fact anything that improves and promotes excellence in clinical practice. We will be publishing a range of resources and tools via the website, submitted by you so that these can be shared with others. We will do this in conjunction with therapists and their employing organisations.
The Network is able to draw on it's photography bank and layout templates to professionally present the resources, with clear referencing to the submitting therapists and their organisation - including organisational logo's. This is an excellent opportunity to get peer review of your resources and endorsement of clinical practise. Annually all resources submitted to this process, in the previous 12 months, will be evaluated for the SI Network's Innovation Awards Scheme.
We will also support therapists who would like to explore the commercialisation of their sensory integration ideas, from product development and prototyping to production or publication.
