About SensorNet
The Sensory Integration Network has recently undergone a massive rebranding, which has included this new website, creating a photography image bank relating directly to SI, online booking facilities, discussion forums and more. This also included the establishment and launch of the new research grants programme, all of which have resulted in an increased workload for an organisation run primarily by volunteer unpaid directors and other committee members. We have now completed our new-look online SensorNet magazine containing relevant articles and communicating important information to the benefit of all our members. Changes in our membership has provided an opportunity to broaden our range of articles to cater for all.
We have also been working hard at the network to develop partner relationships which in time will support therapists and others in their day to day application of SI in practice and everyday life. This has included most recently running a stand at the NAS Professional Conference promoting SI as a valid and increasingly evidence based approach for those on the Autistic Spectrum.
