The Department for Transport is holding a national consultation on improving access to travel for disabled people, an important issue for many autistic people. The DfT has produced a draft action plan, and is keen to get the thoughts of the those who use public transport.

This includes proposals on training of staff, as well as access to concessionary travel passed and eligibility for Blue Badge.

Visit the National Autistic Society website to see what the DfT have proposed and how you can get involved.
