PGCert in Sensory Integration and SI Practitioner status
PGCert - What is it?
PGCert stands for Postgraduate Certificate. A PGCert is a taught postgraduate award which provides Master’s level training in a specific area of medicine or life sciences (in our case, in sensory integration).
The PGCert can be used to work towards the PGDip and the MSc in Sensory Integration. Successful completion of SIE’s PGCert in SI also conveys SI Practitioner status.
This is your core qualification if you wish to practise as a sensory integration practitioner. After successfully passing all three of the constituent modules, you will gain:
Fee: £2,699 (Individual SI Module Fee: £949.00)
Includes free 1-Year Therapist Membership. Monthly interest-free payment plans available.
In addition, for SI Module 3, you will need to pay for three 1-hour Clinical Mentoring sessions if you do not have an appropriate Clinical Mentor in your workplace. We have a register of Advanced SI Practitioner Clinical Mentors who can offer the required mentoring and charge approximately £50 per hour.
Completion Period: 18 months to 3 years
These are the constituent modules: click on each title for more information about the module content, hours, assessment and credits:
