This course will provide a foundation in understanding how yoga can be used as a therapeutic tool to support individuals with sensory processing difficulties. The course will combine theory with practice in exploring the different sensory systems, yoga poses, breathing exercises and mindful activities to support body awareness, core stability, motor planning and regulation. There is a practical element to the course so please ensure you have access to a gym /yoga mat, space to practice and wear comfortable clothes. An SIE certificate of attendance will be emailed to you after the course. |
Audience: | Open to all – Therapists, Teachers, SENCO, Parents. No previous experience of yoga is required. |

5.5 hours - Live, interactive, online training day will start at 9.30 am UK time. The course will finish at 3:00 pm. There will be 3 sessions of 1.5 hours with a 30 minute break between each session. |
